Tina came to Home Helpers in 2013 after becoming acquainted with the company through her work in a local care community. She knew Mary and Mike’s reputation for providing quality care, and she knew she wanted to be part of it. With degrees in sociology as well as nursing, Tina brings empathy, understanding, patience and skill to her job. She said she is rewarded every day through the relationships she builds with her nursing clients.

Jackie Raschke, CDP

Director of Education and Memory Care Services

Jackie joined Home Helpers in 2016 after spending many years working in the field of senior care. As a certified dementia practitioner, Jackie brings the company’s expertise in Alzheimer’s and dementia care to a whole new level. Jackie is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with our caregivers, as well as client families. “My goals are to provide the very best care for older adults, and to help caregivers be the very best they can be.”

Michelle Pantoja, CNA

Senior Care Manager

Michelle’s nursing home experience prepared her well for the job of Care Manager at Home Helpers. A member of the Home Helpers team since 2011, Michelle oversees caregivers in the client’s home and coordinates each client’s care. She has special training in dementia and hospice care. “I truly enjoy being able to help anyone in need,” Michelle said. “I only hope that a company like Home Helpers is there for me when the time comes that I need help.”

 

 

 

Rachel Kolinski, CNA

Care Manager

Rachel comes to Home Helpers with seven years of experience as a caregiver and CNA, including four years in a busy hospital setting. She spent the last three years caring for people in their homes.

Rachel shares our company’s commitment to personalized, compassionate care and provides valuable professional support to our care staff and clients.

 

Barb Bassett

Scheduling Coordinator

With her children grown, Barb set out to replace her part-time job with a new career helping the growing senior population. When the opportunity to join Home Helpers presented itself in 2011, Barb knew she had found what she was looking for. As Scheduling Coordinator, Barb performs the vital task of matching client needs with caregiver schedules, making sure that everyone gets whatever help they need, when they need it.

 

 

 

 

 

Marianne Weiner

Payroll and Billing Administrator

Marianne provides valuable behind-the-scenes support to Home Helpers, ensuring that our professional staff and caregivers are compensated and our clients are properly billed. Customers who enjoy Kate’s Comfort Foods will recognize Marianne as the friendly face that delivers their meals to their door. She has been a member of the Home Helpers team since 2011.

Sandy’s move to Home Helpers in 2014 fulfilled a long-held desire to work with the aging population. A former newspaper reporter, Sandy now puts her writing skills to work keeping caregivers, clients and the public informed about what Home Helpers is doing to make aging easier.
